Welcome!
Our website is dedicated to supporting teens with health information and resources. We provide a variety of topics on mental, physical, and emotional health, with resources readily available to youth, both locally and nationally.
Being a teen can be really difficult, especially without access to support. This is why we're here! We are a team of high school students who saw a need for change when it came to proper education on everything from basic hygiene to establishing healthy coping mechanisms. We strive to make this site a safe place for ALL, void of discrimination, bullying/harassment, and most importantly judgment. Your story matters. Through advice from peers with similar experiences as well as input from professionals we hope we can help be a guide to anyone who may need it. You are loved and have a home with us, so stay awhile!
We aren't just some people behind a screen. We are a group of teens with a common goal to help young adults just like us. With the help of so many others behind the scenes, this project hopes to give teens input to making better and healthier decisions for themselves and provide them with accurate resources for day-to-day life.
Please reach us at dlockeproject@gmail.com if we missed one of your questions! :)
Yes, of course! Though most medical professionals require parent consent for their services, resources like the Suicide Hotline and local mental health outreach programs don't require you to be 18 in order to reach out to them.
Yes! We fact check all our information and pride ourselves on being a credible source that is free of bias and discrimination!
We have a wonderful resource page with ways to find help as well. We also recommend talking to an adult you know and trust.
